Assure911® for Next Generation 9-1-1
Assure911 provides the single point of reference for the overall end-to-end health of the Next Generation 9-1-1 system, including distributing the right level of detail to the right person, at the right time. Assure911 assists the Systems Integrator, (SI), with the responsibility for providing Managed Services to its client.
Assure911’s patented architecture is the only platform that can collect, analyze, and display alerts based on events that take place outside the view of the SI, but within the scope of responsibility of the Next Generation 9-1-1 System Service Provider, (SSP).
The value of the platform is extended by aggregating exception data from networks of other interconnected service providers, such as access carriers. This is accomplished by agreement with the other firms to exchange information about emergency communications that are sent to the Next Generation 9-1-1 System. Assure911 displays back to any party the status of their portion of the end-to-end communications path in a secure manner. This facilitates a very smooth exchange of situational awareness when outages occur anywhere in the environment. The value of Assure911 is also extended by connections from sensors, such as door open or power failure detectors. Most modern sensors of this type can be readily connected to the platform.
Assure911 is deployed with the specific configuration of the network already built into to the system upon delivery. The rules for detecting, categorizing, and distributing alerts are completed. The recipients of Assure911 alerts can be anywhere, in a NOC or on the move.
Assure911 directly supports the requirements for Network Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance. Assure911 can assist the SI to identify exceptions that are introduced during the Change Management, Configuration Management and Implementation Management processes. Assure911 will support the pre-testing and acceptance testing through the acceptance period and beyond.

Assure911 Monitoring produces real-time displays, viewable in a browser or with a Mobile App. The system can be configured to send texts and/or alerts to network management technical and operational support personnel via website alerts, e-mail messages and can interface to existing paging, ticketing, and alerting systems. Either though testing at the IIT RTCL Laboratory, through NENA-sponsored bilateral collaborative testing, or through emerging deployments in the field, Assure911 can collect data from a variety of NG 9-1-1 Functional Element vendors.
