Systems Integration
We study new equipment and support systems. We develop architectures to incorporate new equipment and support systems with the customer’s existing suite of systems. We then take a role in bringing the architecture to reality.
Technical Support
We provide 24 x 7 telephone support for any project in which we are involved. The same goes for any software which we develop, install, or configure. If any problem occurs which is outside of our domain, we prefer to stay involved until resolution. Apart from the specific project areas for which Assure911 might be engaged, we find we are assisting our clients in areas of general concern, such as UNIX shell programming, and ESInet administration.
