Ted Symanski, PMP
Treasurer, Product Support Manager
Ted is the Product Support Manager for Assure911 as well as Treasurer. He is responsible for Contract Management, Quality Process Management, and pre- and post-sales Project Management activities.
Ted started his career in 1976 as a software developer for Bell Laboratories, and over the next 10-years, held positions as lead software developer, software tester, and product deployment specialist. At divestiture of the Bell System, Ted worked on the project to separate network data into the regulated and unregulated portions of the divested AT&T and Regional Bell Operating Companies. In the late 1980’s, Ted expanded his role at Bellcore (formerly part of Bell Labs) as a Product and Project Manager for products in areas of SS7, Network Reliability, Common Channel Signaling provisioning and Network Planning.
In the early 1990’s Ted further expanded his role into Project Management and Controls, and managed several large software and professional services projects for Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore).
After leaving Telcordia in 2002, Ted has held the position of Product Support Manager at Network Expert Software System, Inc., which has included deployment of products across the telecom industry.
Education: Ted holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Kean University; a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, and is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.
